HW follows a consistent approach, using the skills of
experienced professional consultants who listen and discuss the
clients' needs and then made appropriate recommendations, calling in
colleagues with other skills if necessary.
The delivery of services is designed to be sensitive to the client's
needs and to involve the client as far as possible. Consultancy,
recruitment and business services is often a long-term process of
building and reinforcing relationships and developing projects to
meet client needs as and when they arise.
We welcome opportunities to come in for a no-commitment discussion
about areas where we may be able to assist, and in particular
to set up a "walkthrough" where we do a free brief review
of the company's operations to try to identify areas where we could
provide assistance to.
